Commitment to Quality
How to Ensure the Best Quality Solution and Experience
For over 70 years, Bretford has put its customers and employees above all else. Instead of just stating facts, we have taken charge of our commitment to quality by completing numerous certifications and continuously re-evaluating current processes to expand safety, quality and communications.
Charging carts can be a safety hazard if not properly constructed and certified. To safeguard against potentially dangerous situations with charging solutions, the consumer needs to look for UL or Intertek certified solutions. With this in mind, all of our charging solutions are UL certified for safety.

A commitment to quality means a commitment to continuous and regular communications between internal and external parties. Communication is the foundation of quality engagement, product distribution and overall customer experience.
Our communications with internal and external parties are:
- In compliance with law, including statutory and regulatory requirements.
- In a manner consistent with the seriousness and urgency of the matter.
- Internally, as a means of developing/maintaining awareness of the QMS, and EHS, especially their policies and objectives.
Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A., we are active in the process of providing American quality to all our solutions. With U.S.A.-sourced steel as the primary component of all our products, customers feel the commitment to quality with each Bretford product use.
