Yes, the BPS 1024 battery is engineered to withstand a variety of weather conditions. It is certified with an IP65 rating, signifying its dustproof nature and ability to resist low-pressure water jets from any angle. How do Lithium Ion and LiFePO4 battery chemistries differ?

How does the battery's button and LED indicator function?
The battery features a button and five LED indicators. A press and hold for three seconds will activate or deactivate the battery when it's connected to the receiver. When the battery is not on the receiver, a single button press will display the state of charge (SOC) for five seconds.
How do I know the battery level in the field?
The LEDs show the charge level. If only LED1 is lit, the charge is between 0-20%. Each additional lit light indicates a higher charge, up to LED5, which signifies that the battery is 81-100% charged. When all LEDs are lit, it means the battery is fully charged.
What do the LEDs indicate when the battery is being charged?
When the battery is charging, the LEDs blink in accordance with the battery's charge level. If the battery is 0-20% charged, LED1 blinks. If it's 21-40% charged, LED1 remains lit and LED2 blinks. This pattern continues until all LEDs are lit, indicating a full charge.
